The location is great, being right across from the

train station and just a short walk from the city center. The staff were friendly and very helpful, providing suggestions for places to eat. However, the lack of a lift for upper floors could be cumbersome for some guests.

blinding light

the room had incredibly thin walls, which was just delightful listening to others at dawn. Not to mention that automatic light, wow, it could blind a bat! Honestly, after such a memorable experience, I expected at least an upgrade, but I guess that's too much to ask for. Just couldn’t give a good review.

fantastic breakfast

We loved the great location right next to the old town and the amazing breakfast spread with options for everyone, including my kids. The staff even let us keep our car parked until afternoon, which was super helpful for exploring Bolzano before we left.

My wife says that the walls were a bit thin.

amazing location right in the center of the old part of town, making it easy to explore. the complimentary breakfast was better than expected, offering plenty of choices. i also appreciated the helpful staff who were ready to check us in late and offered dinner options.
